Paycom at SHRM26 Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The Giveaway begins at 4 p.m. EDT on June 18, 2026, and ends at 11 a.m. EDT on June 21, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Paycom Payroll, LLC (“Sponsor”), and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries, employees of the Society for Human Resources Management (“SHRM”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee of Sponsor or SHRM are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for the prize. Entries are earned by scanning attendees’ conference badges or by completing an entry form in person or online. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the person whose legal name appears on the entry form. Submissions are limited to one per person during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be 10 winners. A tie is not possible. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 11 a.m. EDT from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and then the winner’s name will be posted to X. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within one week of the first attempt to contact them, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize, and an alternate entrant will be selected in their place in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Prize is nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. All prizes are provided “as is” and without warranty, express or implied, of any kind. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

PUBLICITY: By entering the Giveaway and/or accepting prizes, each entrant grants Sponsor (and its licensees and partners) a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future, and otherwise use entrant’s submission and any other information or materials provided by entrant, in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law), for possible editorial, publicity, promotional, or advertising purposes, without further permission, notice, or compensation (except where prohibited by law). All submissions, including submission file and content, will become property of Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor for commercial purposes without payment of any kind to the participating entrants.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, and select winner(s) from the entries received prior to the modification, suspension, or cancellation. Sponsor agrees to take such action in a fair and appropriate manner. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant is obligated (as necessary) to provide Sponsor with any and all personal financial or tax information deemed necessary by the Sponsor to complete the transfer of the Prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND ANY PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS, OF EACH OF THEIR PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AFFILIATE AND RELATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. The Release Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Giveaway submissions, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Winner also acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize or this Giveaway including, but not limited to, quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. If for any reason an entrant’s submission is confirmed to have been erroneously lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another submission and thereby another entry into the Giveaway.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.
